Merry Christmas & OMG my kids are spoiled !!!

I don't even know where to begin. But really my kids were so spoiled this year. They are every year, but my parents pretty much brought Christmas to us this year. Well to explain it. Since Jeremy is deployed and I wasn't gonna drive 13 hrs back to Missouri by myself with 3 kids, my parents decided to come visit with us for Christmas. They left on Dec 23 and got her Dec 24th at 7am. They called me met them at the gate and OMG when I seen my Dad's truck and the load he had on the back and he has a Toyota Tondrana 4 door and the whole back seat was piled high with gift from them and my inlaws. I was shocked. So we got their pass to take their truck on base and headed to our house. When we got home, we uploaded what seemed like mountains of presents from my Dad's truck. I mean for real, it was ALOT! My poor Dad was woren out from driving all night, but the girls insisted on opening some gifts, so Dad said why not open half of them now and then some later, so we opened the ones from my inlaws and ONLY HALF of my parents. Then we stopped and let the girls play with what they got and my parents went and laid down for a nap. They had a long trip here. So I kept the girls occupied while they slept for a couple hours. Jeremy called my cell and I got to talk to him. He got to talk to the girls too and they were happy to hear from him. Then we tried to get webcam to work, but something on his side wasn't allowing us to do so. His ship made it to port for Christmas. He is in Dubai. Well we would email back and forth and talk on MSN, but nothing would work. So my parents got up, showered, I showered and we headed off to eat a Christmas Eve Dinner at O charles. It was ok. I thought our waitress was a little cocky, but we all had fun. Then we went to wal-mart to get a few groceries. And they were so packed. Traffic was soo horrible too. So we got home and started cooking food. Mom made meatballs in my new crock pot. And I wrapped little weiners in bacon and put them in pineapples and brown sugar and baked them. Meanwhile, Mom and dad brought goodies to us too. My Anut Barb (My mom's oldest sister) made 3 tupperware fulls of cookies, plus they brought peanut brittle, and my favorite Clam dip...Oh my Anut makes the best Clam dip. We eat it with prezels and chips, even crackers...I LOVE IT! She sent 2 big bowels of it just for me...O but of course I shared with everyone..lol Well then of course the girls wanted to finish opening the last part of my parents gifts, so we started on them and snacked around on the food we made. The girls got so much already from their grandparents, and Santa hasn't even came yet! LOL So we opened all their gifts and let them play with them. And O I have to mention this baby doll Alexa got, cause its the sweetest thing I have ever seen. Its a doll that talks and moved like a real baby. It knows its name and its mommy after you record the names to her and comes with a blankie, teddy bear, and bottle. The doll says 20 different sayings....its so adorable!! I think even Maddi and Christa liked playing with it and seeing what she could do. Anyhow, Christa got her Nintendo DS she has been wanting for a long time. Plus some games, and Maddi got Vtech computer, she loves. These are just a few things they got, but believe me there was more then enough. So anyhow, when that was all said and done, we all settled in and finished eatting and my parents wanted to see the new Madagascar 2 movie, so I put it in and we watched it. CUTE MOVIE! Then it was time to get the girls in bed, so I could play Santa. Mom, Christa, and Maddi fell asleep on Christa's bed in her room, Papa got the air mattress in Maddi's rooms and Alexa and I fell asleep on the couch. Thank god I woke up at midnight to play Santa, cause I tried my best to stay quiet and sneaky. I finally got all the presents under the tree and I was proud, so I had to use my new Kodak 10.3 Mega pix digital camera that mom and Dad got me and take a picture of the tree with all the gifts from Santa. So now after all those presents from the grandparents they are gonna have plenty to open in the morning too. So all I have to say is, MY kids shouldn't be bored for a long long time with everything they got...lol Well I will write more tomorrow after they open all the gifts...Merry Christmas & God Bless Everyone!

Nothing much just waiting for Christmas

Well nothing much has happened around here, so thats why I haven't wrote. Well I did it, got pics taken at Sears. My thoughts were that the girls were not gonna listen and give me a hard time, but I was really impressed on how well they did. Alexa had some issues where I had to be by her before she would take a pic, but all in all they did GREAT! And I have to say these are some of the best pics I have ever got taken with my girls. They turned out GREAT, so I sent them to hubby in email and he says they were really good. Just wish he could have been in them too. So the plan is when he gets back we are gonna get a family pic. But you can bet I will be sending alot of the pics to him out there. They also told me I can pick them up on the 22nd, so thats cool! I will have them to give to my parents and they can take some back and give them to family. Well you remember be gripping about my Christmas outside lights?? Well finally they are all up and look good and I wanted it to look nice for when my parents came down. So here we are last night pulling up to the house after seeing Santa for the last night, and 5 of the snowflake light aren't working.....Grrrr. I was like WTF! So I got up on the chair and wiggled them alittle and nothing happened. *sighs*. Well I guess its good that the ones that aren't working are all on the same strain. So I can keep the good one and throw the other one away if I can't get it to work. So I am not taking them down. All I can hope is that they just start working again.
So I called to make a appt for Madisyn at the urology doc today. I tried to get a appt for when mom and dad would be down here, but they didn't have anything until Jan 23rd, so I had to take that. So I just hope I can find the doc office on my own. I am so not good wih directions. Would be nice if we had a GPS. It would make my life alot easier...lol. So I got my little ones stocking stuffers and I need to wrap them and got candy and cand canes hidden so Santa can put them in their stocking on Christmas eve night. The girls are gonna have more then enough this Christmas. With my parents coming and they are also bringing my in laws and other gift with them from family. They are gonna have a loaded down truck coming here. We have been praying every night that they make it down here safe and a safe trip back home. But the girls are so excited. They can't wait and I have to admit I am ready for some company and all the goodies that go along with Christmas. Mom and Dad are bring a ham from Sam's down, along with cookies and my fav clam dip....YUM. My Aunt Barb makes the best Clam. Me and Christa could probably get a whole bowl in one day. They are bringing things made and we are gonna make some things here at the house too. We want to make it as simple as we can, so we can just focus on spending time with each other rathar then cooking all the time. So it should be interesting. Well we are anxious for Christmas to get here and I just wish it would hurry up. Also we are 1/2 way done with this deployment too. So my hubby has recieved plenty of Christmas cards from my side of the family and is still waiting on packages from both sides of the family. Well I will try to type here more often until Christmas, then I might be MIA for awhile...lol

A year in review

Sorry had to steal this from a blog I follow...its a good idea and looked like fun...lol

1. What did you do in 2008 that you’d never done before?
live in Fl for 2 years, going through our first deployment and handling everything and 3 kids by myself. went through our first hurricane scare, gosh I am trying to think, but thats all I can come up with for now.

2. Did you keep your New Years’ resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
Yeah right every year, its always to lose weight, but that never happens, cause once I lose it, it always seems to come back. But I am gonna try harder in 2009, I promise!

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Christy and Nicolle

4. Did anyone close to you die?
well recently my babysitter that use to watch me after school when I was little past away. She was such a nice woman. =(

5. What countries did you visit?

Our new flat screen TV for the living room, the parts for my hubby to rebuild the motor in my car, and recently my new vacuum cleaner.

29. What did you want and not get?
a new bedroom set, my surgery on my stomach cause the insurance denied me.

30. What were your favourite films of this year?
Well the ones we saw in the theater were, "The Chipmunks" Cute movie, Wall-e I wasn't thrilled with that one, And high school musical 3. That one was good. As for adult movies, I liked the new sex in the city, 26 dresses, Maid of Honor, Four Christmases, Over her dead body,

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
was just a regular day, got a card and necklace from my mom and I turned........28 on Nov 28th....weird cause my brother turns 23 on Dec 23rd.

32. What's one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?

I met a TON of people this past year! I can't pick just one.

39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2008.
Maddi is our picky eatter like her daddy
Don't leave kids alone with play-do
Don't give my little ones crayons, unless they are at the table drawing and I am there with them.
Only clean alittle at a time, cause if you clean everything, you'll just have to go back and clean it all again..haha had to throw that one in there.
Yelling at my kids isn't always the right thing to do .
Don't let my little ones play with my make up when I am putting my make up on, cause then they think they can just go in there anytime and put them on theirselves....oh that was a mess! haha
If I make a To-do list, I am pretty good at getting it all done.
When my kids have a attuitde with me, I learn to just walk away and let them get over it.
I have learned that taking care of 3 kids, a house, the van, and everything else that goes a keeping a household running, that I can do all this on my own. I can fix things that I thought I couldn't and would normally have hubby do, I have learned that by doing the little things, like having a big map in our hallway to show the girls where daddy is on the ship and having pics all over the house of him, that they understand whats going on so much better then just talking to them about this deployment.
( I am sure there are soo much more that I have learned this year, but this is just a few...lol )

40. Quote a song lyric that sums up your year?
Well the only one that comes to mind is "All I want for Christmas is you" Cause Jeremy, I really love you and miss you and can't wait until you come home.

To my Husband Who will be Away for Christmas

Twas the night before Christmas, the ship was out steaming,
Sailors stood watch while others were dreaming.

They lived in a crowd with racks tight and small,
In a 80-man berthing, cramped one and all.

I had come down the stack with presents to give,
And to see inside just who might perhaps live.

I looked all about, a strange sight did I see,
No tinsel, no presents, not even a tree.

No stockings were hung, shined boots close at hand,
On the bulkhead hung pictures of a far distant land.

They had medals and badges and awards of all kind,
And a sober thought came into my mind.

For this place was different, so dark and so dreary,
I had found the house of a Sailor, once I saw clearly.

A Sailor lay sleeping, silent and alone,
Curled up in a rack and dreaming of home.

The face was so gentle, the room squared away,
This was the United States Sailor today.

This was the hero I saw on TV,
Defending our country so we could be free.

I realized the families that I would visit this night,
Owed their lives to these Sailors lay willing to fight.

Soon round the world, the children would play,
And grownups would celebrate on Christmas Day.

They all enjoyed freedom each day of the year,
Because of the Sailor, like the one lying here.

I couldn't help wonder how many lay alone,
On a cold Christmas Eve on a sea, far from home.

The very thought brought a tear to my eye,
I dropped to my knees and started to cry.

The Sailor awakened and I heard a calm voice,
"Santa, don't cry, this life is my choice.
"
"Defending the seas all days of the year,
So others may live and be free with no fear.
"
I thought for a moment, what a difficult road,
To live a life guided by honor and code.

After all it's Christmas Eve and the ship's underway!
But freedom isn't free and it's sailors who pay.

The Sailor says to our country "be free and sleep tight,
No harm will come, not on my watch and not on this night.

The Sailor rolled over and drifted to sleep,
I couldn't control it, I continued to weep.

I kept watch for hours, so silent, so still,
I watched as the Sailor shivered from the night's cold chill.

I didn't want to leave on that cold dark night,
This guardian of honor so willing to fight.

The Sailor rolled over and with a voice strong and sure,
Commanded, "Carry on Santa, It's Christmas, and All is Secure!"

New hair cuts and updates

Well I got the girls haircuts today, then I did my grocery shopping. Believe who ever said taking 3 kids under the age of 7 to the store is easy, I would just laugh. Oh my the girls were to rowdy today. So then I was gonna mail off my in laws presents, but I had to still get a address from my sister in law, so she gave it to me tonight, so now I will have to mail them off Mon and hope they get there before Christmas. I know they will love the things we got them. Especially the things my hubby got them from Africa. So anyhow, We took advantage of the $1 menu at Sonic again, since its cheap for the whole month of Dec. Then we came home and the girls ate while I put the groceries away. Oh yeah and did I mention that I got a new vacuum cleaner!!!? Yeah and its a dream, works so good and I can even use it on the hard floors. Yeah I am a dork..hehe, but I got tired of our old one not sucking up everything and just dropping everything to the floor when I was done. So anyhow, I vacuumed all the bed rooms and even rearranged Maddi's room. Christa has this big barbie house in her room that she got from Christmas last year, but she never plays with her barbies much anymore. So she told me that I could move it into maddi's room, cause Maddi and Alexa play with it more. So I tried picturing where I would put it and then started moving things and I have to say it looked good and Maddi liked it. Did alittle rearranging in Christa's room too. Then I was getting a back ache and lay down and watch tv for a bit. Then my friend Keri called and we had I think the longest phone conversation ever. She asked me if I wanted to go out with her and a friend this coming weekend, cause her hubby said he would watch all the kids....so I was like well yeah I would love to, but you better make sure your hubby is up to watching 6 kids...lol He seems to be really good with kids, but my little ones and then they have one little one. Mine tend to get into things sometimes. So we just might go out and eat dinner and drink a few and catch up. Its been a long time since, I went out with out my kids, and being a single parent for right now, I think I deserve one night out...Don't ya think? Anyhow, we are getting everything ready for my parents to come down and visit for Christmas and the closer it gets, the more my girls are getting excited. Oh yeah and I have a Elf Family now...LOL Check it out....

Staying busy for the holidays

Well lets start with Monday. We did our normal daily routine and then after Christa got out of school, we went straight to the community center off base and let the girls do a stocking craft. They had so much fun! Even the little ones made their own. All I did was put the glue on the things for them and they stuck it where ever they wanted. We even made one for Daddy and we will send it to him in the next care package. After the stocking craft we had to go home and change Christa, she gotta alittle too excited and got paint on her shirt. Then we went to the No Dough Dinner at the USO. Met some new people and sat with some friends. We had a good time.

So then today Tuesday, had to take my little ones to the doc this morning. They both have head colds and Madisyn is getting reffered to a Urologist for other reasons. Well they are on meds, and the breathing machine for a week. The Doc's first words were, "Well I see you guys have been pretty healthy until now." And its true we all have been healthy for a couple months now. So the doc said they weren't too bad in the chest, but its a virus thats been going around and she wanted to start them on the breathing machine before it gets too bad. So I hope it clears up before Christmas rolls around, cause the girls are so excited to be having my parents come down and spend Christmas with us, while Daddy is deployed. =( The closer the holidays get the more I wish Jeremy was here to spend it with us. But I know he is working hard to come home to us in a few months. Anyhow, after the doc we came home and ate lunch. Well since I didn't get much sleep the night before Alexa was getting crabby and tired, so we laid down and took a nap. So when Christa got home from school. I cooked dinner, while talking to my best friend Nicolle on my cell, and trying to give the little ones a bath. Yeah us moms have to be multi tasked..lol So it was my best friend Nicolle's birthday today. So I wished her a happy birthday and told her to enjoy her night out to eat with her family. Then we ate, got all dolled up, took pics and headed out the door to go see Santa at the beachside Hall on base. We got there 10 mins until they were gonna start and there was a big line for Santa already, so we stayed in line and waited. As we got closer the girls got excited and Alexa was really just a starring at Santa. I didn't know how she would react this year, but she did GREAT. She kind of looked at him weird, but still smiled for them. So after we got pictures, we went to go play some games and the girls got little prizes for playing. Well I ran into one of the ladys that I met at the no dough dinner the other night and she came up to me and said I have to ask, " Are you pregnant?" So once again I had to explain, "NO I am not pregnant, that I had separated muscles in my stomach and I can't do anything about it. Well she just said their was a lady that said, Wow look how many kids she has and another one on the way" I thought "How RUDE!" Its bad enough that I get asked all the time, if these kids are all mine, but to come and ask me if I am pregnant too. I normally take it lightly when someone asks, but because I have a belly and can't do anything about it unless I get surgery, its became really annoying to me when people assume I am when I am not. I don't even bother to ask a person if they are pregnant unless I know. It makes me feel really bad deep down when someone asks, but on the outside I try not to let anyone know it hurts me. I CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT PEOPLE. IF I COULD BELIEVE ME, I SO WOULD! It makes things difficut sometimes, but hopefully this next doc appt they can do the surgery and fix the muscles and I don't have to worry about back pain and belly tenderous...Please Pray for me, or keep me in your prayers. So anyhow, it was soooooo hot in there and I was burning up. We waited in line for the crafts and the girls got lots of goodies. Then we finally left and came home. Boy was I ready to relax.. So anyhow thats all I got today.

My weekend and intuition

Well Christa stayed the night with a friend on Friday, so it was just me and the little ones. It got real boring around the house so we went and drove around base to look at Christmas lights. The girls just love seeing them. There are some people that really go all out for Christmas. I love decorating, but I don't have to have the prettiest yard. Just some, to let everyone know we support the holidays. But I have to say most of them are very creative with what they do with everything. So anyhow, Saturday came and we hung around the house, went to go pick up Christa at her friends house and ran to walmart to take back a few things. Then on our way home, I stopped in at Sonic and got the girls a sundae. Sonic now has a $1 menu for Dec. So the sundaes were only a dollar a piece. Plus they have other foods on there too. So check it out! I know we're gonna take advantage of it. I had to get my usual Route 44 Strawberry Limeade. I love those things. I use to go everyday after school and get them when I was in high school. And I still love them. Hubby always gets the cherry Limeade, because he loves anything cherry. So anyhow we came home and did the usual stuff and went to bed. Then came Sun, well I actually got to sleep in alittle, so then I got up made breakfast and watched a movie. Then I was feeling lazy so I got up and did some house work. Played with the girls and made them clean their rooms. So after lunch I laid down with my little ones for a nap and I fell asleep, but didn't mean too. And this is the weirdest thing. Ok so my oldest daughter's Dad hasn't called her in months and he always been in and out of her life right. So I dreamt that he called me and was going on and on about me paying off a debt, so I in return told him that if he wanted to talk about a debt then where is his daughters child support that he hasn't paid in 5 yrs...then I woke up and was like Woh! Where did that come from, right. So I have no idea what debt hes talking about in the dream, but its true that I would probably REALLY say what I said in the dream being that he has never paid the child support and is still getting away with it. Anyhow, then came 6:30pm and the phone rang, it said private and Christa wanted to answer it, so I said go ahead and LO and behold....it was her Dad!! I was like huh! He hasn't called in months and today of all days I have that dream and then he calls. It was freaky, but that isn't even the worst part of it....Well after she realized it was her dad, her first words were "Why haven't you called me?" and then she tells me that he says hes been leaving messages on our voice mail....uhhhh no he hasn't. So Christa and him got to talking and he apparently was asking her what she wanted for Christmas and she in return asks what he wanted and she goes " You want a $1000 ??" and he must of said yes and she goes "Well my mom wants $1000 too" BAHAHAHA I have never told her that, but she must be refering to her child support or the fact that he don't send her anything on holidays or birthdays, I don't know. So then she kept saying my dad this or that and I heard her go....No, I'm not talking about you, I am talking about my Dad here...(meaning my husband) You see my hubby has been there for her, supported her and treated her like his daughter. Hes just been more of a father figure then her real Dad, so when shes talking to someone, She calls him dad, but when she talks to him, calls him Jeremy. Which thats her choice whether she wants to call him that or not. I am not gonna force her. I have always let her talk to her dad, WHEN HE CALLS! (which is very rarely) and if he leaves a message, I let her hear it. So its not like I am trying to keep him away, it just aggravates me that he makes these promises to her and then lets her down, or lies about it and I have to cover for him. I have never talked bad about him in front of her and I won't ever do it. I don't want to hurt Christa, and thats the only person I would be hurting if I chose to. I just wish he would start paying his child support and take responsibility for his daughter. So I don't really expect things to change and him to pay, but this man is really manipulative, and I just hope Christa don't get drug into his bad ways later on down the road. But for now, I think Christa is realizing that her Dad isn't and wasn't around before and that my husband does do things for her and is here for her no matter what. So anyhow, I just thought the dream and that fact that he called was a weird intuition I had. My mom even said "Maybe you'll be like the woman on Medium who has those dreams that come true" haha shes so silly. Well thats all I have for today. I know we will have a busy week. Monday, we are going to the community center to let the girls do a stocking craft, then to the no dough dinner at the USO, then to a Girl Scout meeting for Christa. Tuesday, Santa is coming to The Mayport Base and I am taking the girls up there to get the pictures taken with Santa and they always have different activities for the kids and hot chocolate and cookies. Its a night the kids look forward to. Then Wed, is another craft at the community center..I just can't believe Christmas is in 2 1/2 weeks!!!

My day and update on my next doc visit.

Well I had a lazy start to my day. I was up early morning talking to my hubby through email. He told me that there was a accident out there already were a sailor did something and got caught. But sad part about it, was that he just got 2nd class rank and now will go back to just being a airman. So yeah I am not gonna mention anymore, cause all I have to say is "His Poor Wife" . Anyhow I have been catching my hubby online alot where we can just chat back and forth through email. Its nice to be able to talk and my hubby told me he always puts my picture next to the computer, so its like hes talking to me. Awww...thats so sweet! As for me all I have to do is look up and on the wall is his bootcamp pic. I stare at that pic alot along with the ones on the refridgerator and desktop on our computer. I try to imagine him with me all the time. And my favorite thing, is when he calls and talks to the girls and just seeing their eyes light up when they hear his voice and then smile. It lets me know that everything will be ok. We'll be ok. We will get through this deployment and probably several more.
So anyhow, now on to talk about my next doc appt. So for those of you that don't know, I have a major gap in my stomach muscles caused from my pregnancies and lack of stong muscles before I got pg. So therefore, I am left with horrible back pain and tenderness in my front belly. I have been reffered to a surgeon at NAS JAX and then they reffered me to a plastic surgeon. So then I went, got pictures taken of my belly, watched vidoes of what and how the surgery goes, and then I had to wait on Tricare to approve it. Well I was very upset when they denied me, so then I was told to appeal and I did. I wrote my own letter to them along with my doc records and again was denied. I thought it was hopeless and I would have to live with it. So my back continued to bother me and I went back to the doc. (a male) And he sits there telling me that I need to lose weight and I was like "I have lost weight, and the reason my belly sticks out in the front like this is because of my muslces. So even tho he put me in phyical therapy, I was upset. How could a doc tell you to lose weight and not really act like hes interested. I felt like he came in and didn't pay any attention to what I had to say and just threw me into Phyical Therapy and that was the conclusion....Grrr. So anyhow, I went to therapy and we did excersies that were suppose to help bring my muscles back together and I believe there was a little progress. The way we measured my gap in my stomach muscles was, I would lay down and dig my elbows into the table and tighten my stomach....She would measure me by how many fingers in between and can you believe when we first started it was 8 fingers across. I mean imagine putting your 2 hands together and that width, minus 2 fingers!~? Thats how far this gap is in my stomach. Its CRAZY! So we would measure in 3 different places and had moved them, to what seemed like 1 finger length in 2 mths!!! So after tricare was done paying for me to go there and nothing else changed. Again I was back to "What the hell can I do to convince these doctors that I need this surgery. I was still struggling with back pain and then tenderness in my stomach. It hurts when my daughters come and jump on my lap and push on my stomach...thats how bad. And it kills me that I can't hold my little ones for a long time, cause my back just aches in pain. So when my mom came to visit after Jeremy left on deployment. I went back to the doc, but a female this time and she was also reffered to me by a friend. So she took one look at me and examined my stomach and sent me back to NAS JAX surgery dept. So I was like Great its a repeat of what happen the first time. So I seen the same doc I saw before and he checked my stomach and made me do different things to see how the gap was progressing. He asked me about tricare and them denying me. So when he started talking about sending me back to a plastic surgeon again. I told him " So tell me, am I wasting my time going to all these docs just to hear them give me excuses or tell me tricare won't pay for it....Do I really need this surgery or am I just wasting my time? Cause I am tired of putting up with this pain and I am being treated like its no big deal...And he looks at me and says "Yes maam you definitely need this surgery, cause its not like its a small gap, its huge and its just gonna keep getting worst...so thats what I wanted to hear. So then I talk to a woman in plastic surgery there and she told me if tricare denies me again, to call and talk to her. The doc then went on to say that maybe last time they didn't go into alot of detail writing it up and now they need to write more into detail. So I left there feeling pretty good about it this time. Well I got the letter in the mail and they were gonna send me to the same plastic surgeon in GA. So I called to see if I could get it switched to a FL plastic surgeon. And sure enough they gave me 3...so the first one I called to see if they do the surgery that I would need and they called me back and said they did. So as of right now I have a appt with them on Dec 29th. I made sure to make the appt around the time my mom and dad would be here, so I could either go by myself, or have my mom go with me and Papa watch the girls....so I hope this time everything works out and I pray tricare will consider acepting what these plastic surgeons might say...please keep me in your prayers....Well TTYL

Hello again

Sorry its been awhile. Well I have GREAT friends I just recently started hanging with. Jamie's hubby came over yesterday and put up my snowflake lights for me...then my dumb ass got the wrong extension cord. I needed a 2 prong and outside and some reason I grabbed 3 prong and inside...What a blond moment!! So I just thought I will go get the right one today, but last night Jamie called and her hubby had one that would work perfectly...so he said he would be right over to put it up for me...So I am very grateful for him putting up lights and letting us burrow their extension cord. Jamie and her hubby are great people. I wish they weren't leaving in May and that we could hang out with them more. Hubby gets home in April, so that only gives him about a month before they leave =( Oh well we'll take what we can get I guess. I hope to get to know them more. There about the only people that I can actually say are my friends here at Mayport. Lately, I have felt like I am new to the neighborhood again and we've been here going on 3 yrs. Around our neighborhood no one really talks to us...and if they do its just casual. Christa has a couple friends around here, but their either older or younger then her and shes had some issues with that. I just hope when we do move its alot better then here. I have to say tho, being in the location we are, I love it for Christa's school tho. Nothing like just walking to school and the school being in our back yard. So thats a plus. Anyhow, so I found my littles ones sitting on their bedroom floor and had grabbed 2 gifts from under the tree and ripped them open and then ripped the boxes. They were my mom and dad's gifts....Grrrr I was upset, but now I will just have to wrap them the way they are. Guess I won't put presents under the tree until Nana and Papa come on Christmas eve. Anyhow, I have alot to do around the house...so heres my list
